Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Zaynforce website and platform (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The Service

Zaynforce connects advertising spend, attribution, and revenue data, and can act on the result, for example by pausing campaigns or reallocating budget with your approval, and by sending verified conversions back to connected ad platforms. The Service is in active beta: features evolve quickly and may change as the product develops.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@zaynforce.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data and your responsibilities

• You retain all rights to the data you send to Zaynforce and grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the Service.
• You confirm that you have the legal right, and any required user consents, to collect the event data your installation of our SDK sends us, and to connect the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for your own privacy notices toward your users and for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect, including Google, Meta, and Stripe.
• Actions you approve in the Service, such as pausing a campaign or shifting budget, execute on your connected accounts. Review them before applying; you remain responsible for your campaigns.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, resell access without our agreement, or send us data you are not entitled to process.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices agreed when your access was granted. Beta pricing communicated as locked stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any other price change takes effect.

Intellectual property

Zaynforce and its software, design, and content remain our property. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Attribution, analytics, and recommendations are decision support, not guarantees of advertising performance or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except what we must keep by law.

Changes and contact
